ON MAKING
My practice-based research is situated in worlds of queer theory and feminist inquiry, and consults my most mundane and extraordinary avenues of movement experiences across time. Through investigating these patterns of moving and being, inside collective and individual frameworks, I am repeatedly met with opportunities to tell a story – to tell multiple stories – of commonalities and discrepancies assumed by the bodies we inhabit. |
IN RECENT NEWS
Some dance exchange highlights of 2024 included teaching convention classes for Dance Masters of Pennsylvania (DMP-10), as well as teaching workshop classes for The Grier Gala - a weekend of student showcase, professional performance, collegiate scouting, and a diverse regimen of classes. I had the great pleasure of extending (12) scholarships between both events. These stellar dancers are invited to extend their pre-professional training at the FORGE summer dance intensive in June/July of 2025! Please contact me to inquire about master classes, guest teaching, and choreographic residencies in the coming year! |
